Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bima

Abstract


An organization is formed by a number of people who work together or interact with each other to achieve a certain goal. Internal communication occurs among each member, and this research aims to determine how internal coummunication and work discipline influence employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bima Regency. The research instrument used is questionnaire with a Likert scale. The questionnnaire can include closed or open-ended quetions/statements. The population in this study consists of all employess of the Regional Development Palnning Agency (Bappeda) of Bima Regency, totaling  112 people, including 63 civil servants, 12 contract workers, and 37 volunteers. The sampling technique used is prposive sampling, this  the sample in this study consists of 63 civil servants at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bima Regency. The result of the study conclude the the variables of internal communication and work discipline have a positive and significant influence, both individually and jointly (simultaneously), on the perfomance of employess at Bappeda of Bima Regency.
