ANALISIS KESIAPAN KERJA MAHASISWA STKIP HARAPAN BIMA DI ERA 4.0 DITINJAU DARI SOFT SKILLS

This research aims to identify the number of students who are ready and less ready to face the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide solutions and recommendations for actions that need to be taken by universities, especially students, to be better prepared to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research used a sample of 49 STKIP Harapan Bima students who were in their final semester (semester 7). The data collection method was carried out using a work readiness scale consisting of 20 questions with 5 alternative answers. For data analysis, percentages and Rasch models were used. The research results showed that there were 38 students (78%) who had high work readiness, while the rest were in the medium category. Based on the item elements in the student work readiness scale (item measure), it can beseen that the ability to work in teams of STKIP Harapan Bima students is very high, surpassing the other items.
