Copyright Terms

Authors who publish their manuscripts in this journal agree to the following comprehensive terms regarding copyright and distribution:

  1. Retention of Copyright: Authors retain full copyright and unlimited publishing rights to their work without any restrictions. The journal does not force authors to transfer their copyright to the publishers (Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Harapan Bima NTB and Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Syari’ah Harapan Bima NTB).

  2. Right of First Publication: Authors grant the Journal Economics Science and Administration (ESA) the right of first publication of the manuscript. The published work will be simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which legally allows others to share and adapt the work, provided they acknowledge the original authorship and the initial publication in this journal.

  3. Non-Exclusive Distribution: Authors are permitted and highly encouraged to enter into separate, non-exclusive contractual arrangements for the distribution of the journal's published version of the work (Version of Record). This includes depositing the article in institutional or funder repositories, publishing it as a book chapter, or featuring it on academic networking sites (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu). Any such distribution must include a clear acknowledgment and a valid DOI link pointing to the initial publication in this journal.

  4. Preprint and Pre-Publication Archiving: Authors are permitted to post their work online (such as in institutional repositories, preprint servers, or on their personal websites) prior to and during the submission and peer-review process.
